Digital products
Digital products may be non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by law.
Subscriptions
Subscription products may be canceled according to the cancellation terms shown for that product. Cancellation generally prevents future billing but may not automatically refund prior charges unless stated otherwise.
Consulting and services
Consulting, implementation, and custom service engagements may have separate payment and refund terms defined in the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement.
